ACCESSING HOME OWNERSHIP PROGRAM

The Accessing Home Ownership Program is designed to assist first-time home buyers, who have not currently or have not owned a home in the past 3 years, in purchasing a single or two-family home. Homes must be in the towns of Windham and Tolland Counties that they must live in per the loan agreement. 
Additional information for eligibility:
• Single or 2 family
• Owner occupied
• Owner 100% AMI (Vary by Towns)
• Tenant 80% AMI (Vary by Towns)

Accessing Home Danielson received CT DOH funding to purchase, renovate, and keep three properties for a total of nine units in Danielson to create high-quality, safe, and affordable housing.

Additional information

Eligibility: Perspectives tenants need to meet household income criteria
1 unit for a household at 100% of the AMI.
2 units for households at 80% of the AMI
4 units for households at 60% of the AMI
2 units for households at 50% of the AMI
