Willimantic/Danielson, CT: The Access Community Action Agency is helping eligible homeowners of Tolland and Windham Counties apply for the Federally funded mortgage relief program MyHomeCT. Through the Federal American Rescue Plan Act, $123 million has been awarded to the Homeowner Assistance Fund or MyHomeCT in Connecticut, and it is being administered by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority. As a designated Resource Center for MyHomeCT, Access can help find relief for homeowners experiencing hardships due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. MyHomeCT is meant to cure and/or prevent mortgage and housing-related delinquencies and foreclosure.
