QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational/technical school grads encouraged)
- Three years of hands-on experience with facilities and ground maintenance
- Proficient in electrical, plumbing, painting, and general grounds upkeep
- Capable of reading and executing work orders and instructions effectively
- Reliable transportation to different work sites
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Computer savvy (or willing to learn necessary software)
- A valid driver’s license
